MTR Corporation Limited has on 30 August 2019 obtained an order for the continuation and variation of the Interim Injunction Order granted on 23 August 2019. The Interim Injunction Order as varied on 30 August 2019 (“the Injunction Order”) restrains persons from unlawfully and wilfully obstructing or interfering with the proper use and operation of the railway (“the railway”) as defined in the Mass Transit Railway Ordinance (Cap. 556), damaging any property at any station of the railway, or using any threatening language or behaving in a riotous or disorderly manner at any station of the railway. The Injunction Order will continue until trial or further order.
Any person who neglects to obey or comply with the Injunction Order may be held in contempt of Court and may be sent to prison or fined.
